what is the shelf life of the FRUIT SHEETS?
The current recommended shelf life of our products is 60 - 90 days.. 1 year for vacuum-packed store packages.
what is the cost + time of shipping?
PROCESSING TIME CAN BE UP TO 7 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS (MAX). This excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is completed, the shipping method which you choose will be how fast your order gets to you. First Class Shipping is third, Priority Shipping is the second, and Express and in-store pick-up are the first to be completed and shipped.

are FRUIT SHEETS safe?
Lab testing is currently being done on our papers. Unlike other rolling papers and tobacco products, we do not use chemicals in our process, all ingredients are natural (i.e., pineapples, limes, mint leaves, etc.). We currently are patent pending.
STORE PICK-UP? DELIVERY?
Our storefront location is closed. Please place orders online for shipping. There's currently no delivery option for the Hampton Roads area.
my order got shipped back. now what?
Orders that get shipped back are due to "Insufficient Addresses" which means that there was something incorrect, such as not putting your apartment number. In these cases, we charge for the shipping and charge a reship item fee based on your order size. If you do not want to proceed with the fulfillment of your new order, we can refund you ask well.
can I USE these if I'm allergic to pineapples (any used fruits)?
NO! Our products are made from real pineapples and other fresh ingredients. We have specialty flavors that are constantly changing monthly that we introduce that you might be able to try.

In short natural flavors include the natural essence or extractives obtained from plant material.
CANCELLING AND REFUNDING
Refunds are given in the event of orders being canceled before being shipped or special individual cases which are handled by managers and the owner. Cancelling is allowed if the order has not been shipped yet.
We only allow returns on out non perishable items if they have not been damaged or used.
